Terms of condition

50% of the amount must be paid at time of booking, the remaining amount 30 days prior to the arrival. The reservation is valid from when the payment is received and is binding.

If cancellations up to one month before arrival, the customer will be refunded 25% of the advance payment. This applies regardless of the cancellation reason. If canceled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. The guests are liable if something should be broken or damaged.
